Clare Fower is a house wife who lives in the heart of the beautiful Staffordshire moorlands, with her family and many pets.

With a deep love of nature Clare has always had a very close relationship with the countryside and all the creatures that reside there, and a special connection that some of us can only dream of.

Here she gives us an insight into her inspiration for the Bramblefrost fairies.

Coming from a small town right in the heart of England, I grew up walking and playing in the beautiful Peak District National Park. I have always had a deep love of nature, fascinated by everything that lives and breaths. To this day I am never happier than when I am walking my dogs in our fantastic countryside just taking in the beauty of our surroundings and the animals that make it their home, often unnoticed by us humans.

So when the kids asked "Why do I have to clean my teeth?" I would tell them the tale of the tooth fairies who use the teeth as bricks to make their houses, pointing out to them "Fairies need good strong teeth to make good strong houses!"

And so the secret life of the tooth fairy was born.
